Educational Philosophy

 

My educational philosophy encompasses the belief that every child has the ABILITY to learn, and not only has the ability but a burning desire as well. As a future educator I believe that it is my duty to provide my students with gateways to every avenue, boulevard, and street available in order to enhance their learning process while taking into consideration each of their individual different and unique learning styles and abilities. I will take the time to learn and understand, which learning styles each of the student’s within my classroom possesses, and will differentiate my instruction to ensure that all of my student’s are receiving an equal opportunity to learn and reach beyond their highest possible potentials.

 

Education should be fun, innovative, and productive. Learning environments play a major role in creating an atmosphere that is both conducive to learning, while providing a certain comfort level that makes learning something students should look forward to doing. I intend to make my classroom as comfortable as possible because when children feel safe in their learning environment, the class instruction and comprehension can flow more freely and smoothly. 

 

It has always been my desire to inspire and touch a child’s life, and I feel that the field of education is a wonderful opportunity to fulfill that dream. Education is a field that should be overflowing with desire, compassion, and understanding. I feel that each child is a success story waiting to be written, and it only takes that one educator to spark that fire and desire inside of them to get that success story started.
